AlliedBarton Security Services, the industry's premier provider of highly trained security personnel, is proud to announce that Rik Lisko, Vice President of Business Development, has been elected to the ASIS International 2014 Board of Directors. This honour was formally announced in conjunction with the 59th Annual ASIS International Seminar and Exhibits conference in Chicago, September 24-27, 2013. Lisko will serve a three-year term beginning January 1, 2014.

Lisko has been a member of ASIS since 1979 and has served in various positions for the organisation including Pittsburgh Chapter Chairman; Regional Vice President; Council Chairman, Banking and Financial Services; Commission on Committees member; Council Vice President; and Professional Certification Board President. He has been honoured as ASIS Council Chairman of the Year and ASIS Regional Vice President of the Year.
"As President of the Professional Certification Board, Rik also played a key role in promoting the importance of certification and continued learning and development for security professionals industry wide," added Whitmore.
