Security industry professionals are among the attendees at ISC Solutions

Visionhitech Americas Inc is exhibiting at ISC Solutions in New York (Booth 1825) from 3-4 November.

The event is a restyling of the former ISC East trade show and focuses on education, healthcare and government applications, with exhibitors being encouraged to demonstrate practical applications of their equipment for clients in these sectors.

Scott Hamasaki, Managing Director of Visionhitech Americas Inc, said: "We work closely with dealers to understand what they are hearing from integrators and end-users. As a responsive manufacturer who can develop products to short lead times, we are among the first to create solutions for the niche usage on display in New York this week. Visionhitech Americas welcome the segmented approach of this show."

Visionhitech will be demonstrating their long-range day/night IR cameras and super night vision units - with motion detection where required - which allow clients to cover extensive perimeters with fewer cameras than is the norm. In these environments the adaptive imaging technology of the company's Widelux image signal processor (ISP) optimises performance in terms of low-light sensitivity, wide dynamic range and image resolution.

Mr Hamasaki continued: "Resolution has become crucial at healthcare and education sites where management need to monitor vehicular access using license plate recognition. Our VN70LP camera is designed to capture vehicle plates by providing exception image quality, with IR and optical filters giving positive identification by eliminating headlight glare, so allowing plates to reflect IR light for optimum recognition."

The layout at the Jacob Javits Convention Center distributes exhibitors by type of solution offered, and there is a central area of speaking platforms as well as an end-user conference theatre. Key organisations associated with the healthcare, education and government sectors are attending; these include risk management and behavioural analysts, universities from across the US and the major professional bodies within the security industry.
