Following the appointment of Axis Security by More London to be its new security service partner, every member of the highly valued security team has decided to transfer to Axis Security.
The estate’s occupiers, other service partners and frequent visitors, can therefore be assured that the same friendly and efficient team will be delivering the service with the support of Axis Security’s experienced management team.
Commenting on the changes at More London, Neil Ames, Commercial Director at Axis Security said: “We value our employees highly and our philosophy is to reward their efforts and commitment. Consequently, we have significantly enhanced the employee benefits package the More London security team receives.”
The Axis Security management team has also made commitments to More London Estates in respect of on-going service improvements, as Neil explains: “This will involve the utilisation of a bespoke technology solution, high levels of management support and a training programme for all employees designed to improve performance and enable individuals to reach their full potential.”
Colin Keane, Key Account Manager, will be responsible for driving these service enhancements and providing high levels of support to Jon Dainty, Security Manager, and the team.
