Raytec is delighted to welcome the arrival of 5 high-calibre graduates as part of a new Graduate Trainee Programme, who will support and foster Raytec’s growth and commitment to lighting innovation for security and safety critical applications.

The new graduates, Ben Chipping, Callum Ryder, Deepak Ghosh, Jazmin Adams and Michael Steel, will engage in a two year programme of exciting live projects in different areas of the business, taking on roles in sales, marketing, product design and R&D.

The introduction of the programme further demonstrates Raytec’s commitment to investing in people, and the graduates arrive full of new ideas and with the enthusiasm, drive and creativity necessary to make a significant impact on business growth & profitability, as well as nurturing their own professional development during the course of the programme.

Ben, Callum, Deepak, Jazmin and Michael, who will all be initially based in the UK (headquarters), are excited to join Raytec and are looking forward to making a positive impact on the business.
