Pelco is proud to announce that the company is now an official ENERGY STAR Partner
Pelco is now an official ENERGY STAR Partner. Pelco earned this honour as a result of the company's ongoing "Go Green" Initiative.

ENERGY STAR made the partnership official on June 2, 2009. Pelco applied for the partnership after more than two years of dedication to conserve energy, through efforts from facility-wide recycling to installing improved lighting.

"We are dedicated to doing our part to protect the environment by considering how ‘green' can be incorporated in our daily activities," says Julie DeBenedetto, Director of Employee Services and Facilities. "We believe that an organisation-wide energy management approach will help us enhance our financial health, improve the environment and drive value to customers through cost efficiency."

As part of the partnership commitment, Pelco will measure, track, and benchmark energy performance; develop and implement a plan to improve the company's energy performance; adopt the ENERGY STAR strategy, and educate employees as well as the public about the partnership, activities and achievements.
