Ramji will spearhead the company's product and technology division, focusing on innovation and the deployment of Cellebrite's advanced investigative and intelligence platform. He assumes his new role on 4 May 2026, succeeding Ronnen Armon, who is set to retire after a brief transition period.

Ramji brings extensive experience to Cellebrite, having successfully steered high-growth technology organisations through pivotal phases. His previous role was with Okta, where he served as President of Auth0, managing a substantial business with a $1 billion ARR and directing its product and technology strategies. His career includes senior positions at DigitalOcean, Amazon, NBCUniversal, LiveIntent, and The Nielsen Company.

Ramji brings a wealth of experience to Cellebrite and a track record of scaling high-growth technology companies and product and technology organisations through periods of significant growth and transition.
He joins from Okta, where he served as President of Auth0, managing a $1 billion ARR business and overseeing its product, data, security and technology strategy and execution. Before Auth0 and Okta, Ramji served as the Senior Vice President of Product at DigitalOcean, and held leadership positions at global brands including Amazon, NBCUniversal, LiveIntent and The Nielsen Company.
