Atos, a company specialising in secure, AI-focused digital transformation, has joined the UK-wide initiative, Movement to Work. This employer-led effort aims to address the 'no experience – no job' dilemma faced by young people who are neither in education, employment, nor training (NEET).
While Atos has already engaged with schools, colleges, and universities through its early careers and outreach programmes, the inclusion in Movement to Work will broaden its reach to those young individuals who are furthest away from the job market.
Creating meaningful pathways
Under the guidance of its Social Value team, Atos will facilitate work experience placements, organise insight days, offer career guidance, and provide apprenticeship opportunities.

Movement to Work serves as a coalition of organisations from both the public and private sectors. Through joining this network, Atos plans to work alongside clients and partners who share a dedication to helping young individuals transition into secure employment.
