Allient Inc., known for its global design and manufacturing of specialty motion, controls, and power products, has announced a significant leadership change with the appointment of Cory Morton as Corporate Controller.
Morton's extensive background in finance and accounting, particularly in technical accounting, SEC reporting, and internal controls, positions him to effectively contribute to the company's operational and growth strategies.
Large-scale international experience
Morton began his professional journey in public accounting, where he audited large-scale international corporations. His career has since evolved, with him taking on leadership roles that involved steering finance teams through complex organizational challenges. Morton holds the Certified Public Accountant designation and has a B.S. in Accounting as well as a Master of Business Administration, both from St. John Fisher University.
