Allient Inc., a company known for designing and manufacturing precision and specialty motion, controls, and power products, has appointed Alex Collichio as Vice President. This decision was announced by the Board of Directors, with Collichio continuing in his role as Chief Administrative Officer.

Supporting operational integration
Collichio joined Allient in July 2022 as Corporate Human Resources Director
Collichio joined Allient in July 2022 as Corporate Human Resources Director. By March 2023, he took charge of the Legal Department, and in March 2024, he was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer.
In these roles, he spearheaded several initiatives, such as transitioning the company's health insurance to a self-insured programme, which resulted in cost savings. Additionally, he helped establish an internal recruitment function that achieves over 100 direct hires annually and supported process standardisation and integration across subsidiaries.
Performance management systems
Collichio has significantly contributed to enhancing Allient's people, compliance, and infrastructure processes. His efforts included modernising performance management systems and improving employee resources and HR procedures. He also supported labour matters, particularly those related to facility consolidations and collective bargaining. These endeavours have bolstered Allient's operational discipline and supported its long-term growth strategy.
Alex Collichio is a practising attorney in New York State and has held the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification since 2015. In his voluntary work, he has been a board member of the Health Sciences Charter School since 2018 and has chaired the school's Personnel Committee since 2023. He holds a Bachelor of History degree and a Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Mr. Collichio joined Allient in July 2022 as Corporate Human Resources Director, assumed leadership of the Company’s Legal Department in March 2023 and was promoted to his current role of Chief Administrative Officer in March 2024.
