Honeywell launches Vandal Resistant Dome
Honeywell announces the launch of the HD4VC4HRX high resolution, vandal resistant mini dome camera with a pan and tilt rotation mechanism. Compact in design the HD4VC4HRX is suitable for internal and external use in commercial or industrial applications. Its solid die cast aluminium case can withstand heavy external impact, and the 3.5mm polycarbonate dome cover provides a scratch resistant surface.
The dome features a high resolution 1/3” CCD, offering a minimum of 530 TV lines, providing clear video images, which are enhanced when used with digital video recording. The HD4VC4HRX offers excellent colour performance in extremely low light conditions of down to .08lux @ f1.5. The dome camera boasts one of the widest lens configurations from 3.3 to 12mm F1.5 vari-focal auto iris lens, and it incorporates one level of automatic gain compensation (AGC) to allow installers to achieve optimum balance of noise and low light performance in demanding environments. It includes auto-tracking white balance to constantly monitor the light and adjust its colour.
