Fujinon has added a new innovative aspherical vari-focal lens to its existing line-up. The new 2.9mm - 8mm vari lens (models YV2.7x2.9LA-2 / YV2.7x2.9LA-SA2) have an F No of F0.95 allowing excellent image quality in low light conditions, far into the night.
The F0.95 actually increases the sensitivity of a 1 Lux camera using a F1.2 lens by 66%.
Wider angle provides over 93° angle-of-view making the lens more versatile for all security applications.
