Model V9312H-HS-24 is equipped with a strip heater that provides 25 watts of power and a sunshield. The thermostatically-controlled heater goes on when the temperature drops to 50° F (10° C) and turns off when the temperature reaches 60° F (16° C). The sunshield provides long-term protection from UV radiation and corrosion. The viewing window is made from polycarbonate Lexan* for long lasting transparency.
