Rusty Carter is Vice President Product Management at Arxan. With over two decades of experience with mobile, SaaS, cyber security, consumer products, and payment technologies, Carter holds numerous patents and has won awards for his products. Prior to joining Arxan, he has worked with companies such as Pulse Secure, ItsOn Inc, McAfee, Symantec, and 2Wire, to name a few. A graduate from the University of Arizona, Carter holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
