Baldvin Gislason Bern is the R&D Expert at Axis Communications. He is also Chairman of the Profile C work group at ONVIF where he is responsible for planning and managing the work on a profile specification, test case development and test tool development for the first ONVIF profile for Physical Access Control Systems (PACS). He has completed his education from Lund University.
