Kelly DeLeo currently serves as the Director of Solutions & Services – Americas at Axis Communications, where she helps to establish and execute strategic growth plans to bridge the gap between current and future market needs across solutions, services, and technology offerings. She joined Axis in 2009 and over the last 15 years has held roles in many different capacities – from marketing and educational services to business development. She is active in the Security Industry Association’s RISE community and a mentor in their TIME Mentorship program. She is also a member of SIA’s Women in Security Forum and was named as an honoree in their Power 100 list in 2023 and 2024.
