Overall business growth
NAKIVO experienced a 20% increase in bookings and a 15% rise in collections during Q3 2025 compared to Q3 2024. This growth highlights the sustained demand for NAKIVO's data protection offerings across various regions.
The EMEA region contributed 57% of the booked revenue, followed by the Americas with 30%, and the APJ region with 13%.

The quarter's largest transaction originated from Italy, amounting to $74,884, while Greece and Belgium emerged as the fastest-growing countries in revenue terms.
Several countries, including Guatemala, Kenya, Andorra, and Greece, among others, reported a doubling of revenue in Q3 2025, demonstrating widespread international growth.
Expansion of customer base
NAKIVO's customer base grew by 9% from Q3 2024, reaching clients in 188 countries. For the first time, entities from Bahrain and Jersey joined NAKIVO's clientele.
New notable customers added in Q3 2025 include Siena College, City of Orville, European Hospital Italy, and Tesla Engineering LTD.
Growth in enterprise and partnerships
NAKIVO also strengthened its partner network by adding 203 new global partners in Q3 2025

The company’s Cloud Provider Programme expanded with a 3% rise in new cloud providers joining from Albania, Barbados, and Cape Verde, broadening NAKIVO’s cloud services reach.

NAKIVO entered into a strategic partnership with MSP Nordics during Q3 2025. This collaboration aims to enhance data protection and disaster recovery services for customers across Northern Europe.
The company launched NAKIVO Backup & Replication v11.0.4, which adds compatibility for VMware vSphere 9, reinforcing its commitment to supporting the evolving virtualisation technology landscape.
