Tri-Ed, North America’s largest independent security distributor, is pleased to announce its further expansion with the acquisition of SecurityPro Warehouse (SPW), a leading wholesale security distributor in the Louisiana market.

Tri-Ed will maintain the SPW location at 3307 Kingman Street, Metairie, LA and move its current New Orleans branch into that 10,000 square foot facility. “Mike and Kathy Brown have built a terrific business in the Louisiana market and we look forward to having them as part of our team. We are very excited to welcome the SPW staff to the Tri-Ed family and exceed the expectations of security professionals in this market,” notes Pat Comunale, President and Chief Executive Officer.
