Last Thursday, ADT, the largest division of Tyco International, officially opened its state-of-the-art Customer Service Centre. Located on an eco-friendly, high-tech building in the heart of Manchester, it is one of a kind in the UK, providing 24/7 unique remote engineering service for faults and incidents.
