Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano will speak at the annual Law Enforcement/Military Appreciation Day Luncheon at noon on Wednesday, September 21. She will discuss the shared responsibility in homeland security, and will highlight the important role that public/private partnerships play in helping keep communities safe and secure.
