  • WorldSIM® (CS2393) can still be purchased from your ARC separately for use with units purchased after 7/6/10 to correct any  signal strength issues. For any installation despatched before 7/6/10 the Alternative Network SIM (CS2390) should be used.
  • DualCom with WorldSIM will be available for DualCom G4 and Fire very soon. The G4 is our flagship product (polling at 1 minute intervals) and it is our intention to monitor the G2/G3 products for a period of time to ensure there are no issues.
  • All current DualCom product bundles including IP and expander cards are still available and a comprehensive list of these can be obtained by contacting your ARC e.g. A standard DualCom with Vodafone SIM + Plug on Adaptor + Free High gain aerial would be CS2301.
