Due to the rising security threats in daily life, Adael, a Wireless internet service provider, chose ACTi's IP surveillance products to enhance the security system for the restaurants, cafes in Paris, including Café Madeleine Bastille, located in Paris 2nd arrondissement, Restaurant Bebert, in 17th arrondissement and Restaurant Yodes in 1st arrondissement.

"Paris is known to be the prettiest city of the world, but certainly NOT the safest capital of Europe.  Two of our clients were motivated to have us install for them ACTI surveillance cameras.  The safe of the first restaurant was stolen in the middle of the night, the second one was also robbed early morning at gun point." said by Mr. Sebban, Sales Manger of Adael.

ACTi offers a complete solution for store surveillance system, including IP fixed dome, CAM-7100 and IP speed dome, CAM-6200PN and the free-bundle application, Activator.

ACTi IP camera requires low bandwidth, only 1.2M. The video steams run smoothly, even transmit through Internet.  Activator's friendly interface is easy for the restaurant owner to use.  Therefore, the owner can monitor his café at home.  To control speed dome's PTZ functions remotely to see the whole restaurant's situation.  Furthermore, Activator's recording function secures his store at nighttime.

The additional benefit is for employees.  "French labour laws are very hard on entrepreneurs, videos can be a great help in helping with layoff disputes." Said by Mr. Sabben.
