| ACTi IP cameras and ONSSI software chosen for IP video surveillance by famous French Cheese Museum |
In view of increasing crime rate, La Maison de vache qui rit, the famous French Cheese Museum decided to install security system in their Museum. The client required a security system for efficient and powerful surveillance, and the coverage included its exhibition hall, garden with games for the kids, the cafeteria as well as its gift shop.
ACTi provided the client excellent IP solution for both indoor and outdoor environment and as well as perfect day and night function, delivering clear video image running smoothly under full 25 frames per second. The project contained 6 megapixel dome cameras, ACM-7411, which fully covered the area La Maison de vache qui rit had requested. The client was extremely pleased to have clear megapixel video resolution, along with IP66 and vandal prove that allows camera to function properly under critical environment. Moreover, ACTi's open platform solution gave great flexibility and compatibility when the client asked for software with access control. Combining ONSSI NetDVMS management software which supports access control, the contracted system integrator, Cegelec, was therefore able to provide very reliable and robust video solution with a very competitive price.
