Attending distributors and system integrators were informed of Samsung Techwin's new product line-up and future roadmap, which will see a large number of new products and core technologies launched over the next twelve months including additions to the company's IP/network range, UTP and Up-Coaxial Control cameras and the impressive SGR-1 guard robot surveillance solution.
Mr. Kim explained that Samsung Techwin is working towards becoming a total solutions provider and as a result is expanding its offering into Access Control and RFID product areas; adding that because of Samsung Techwin's substantial investment in research and development, 2009 will also see the introduction of innovative core technologies including third generation SSNR (Samsung Super Noise Reduction) and two technically advanced camera chip sets, W-5 and SV-5, which will be unique to Samsung Techwin cameras and domes.
The audience also heard Mr Kim express a commitment to provide additional value to customers over and above delivering reliable and high performance products.

The company's products are available via a vast network of professional electronic security distributors supported by a large ex-stock holding in its own European warehouse to ensure availability to clients on the majority of product lines and three year warranties have now been introduced across the entire product range.
The conference, which was held on 5th and 6th March at the Sheraton Hotel, Tenerife, included an opportunity for delegates to have hands-on demonstrations of the very latest Samsung Techwin products and technology.
