Leading remotely monitored CCTV provider RemGuard Visual Management - part of AD Group - has appointed Geoff Colley, 48, as its Business Development Manager

Geoff brings more than 24 years experience in the security industry to the role - having designed and implemented large remotely monitored installations - across all disciplines of CCTV, Access Control and Integrated Systems.  He has worked for a number of notable companies in the sector including: Videoscan, Focus Limited (part of Brooks Group PLC), Reliance Security Group PLC and was Sales and Marketing Director for the White Group - an appointment which followed on from the sale of his own business Secure-it UK Limited to Tyco in 1998.

Said Geoff, commenting on his appointment: "I am excited to be taking up this important position with RemGuard, a company that has already established such a strong reputation in the field of remotely monitored CCTV.  Looking ahead, I will be able to apply my considerable expertise, having been involved in all types of remote monitoring projects for the last 15 years, to further develop the RemGuard service."

"I believe that there is tremendous potential for expansion given the strength of the RemGuard offering and, in light of developments such as BS8418, greater awareness of the benefits of this technology, particularly for industrial/commercial and high net worth domestic sites."
