Harpreet Dhillon, Octavian Security LtdFollowing a period of successful growth, The Octavian Group has promoted Harpreet Dhillon to the position of project manager, where she will work as part of the Chief Executive Officer's team, with responsibility for assisting ongoing projects in the Middle East and Indian market development.

A graduate of Aston University, where she read managerial and administrative studies, Harpreet joined Octavian in June 2007 as a research analyst.

Her new role will see her assisting Group CEO Sukhi Ghuman to project manage complex proposals and tenders for new business development in the emerging regions, particularly focusing on airlines, airports and ports - areas in which Octavian is already working in the region.

"Harpret's fast progression within the business is typical of Octavian's ability to attract and develop raw business talent," explains Sukhi Ghuman.  "Like our other successful graduates who have been given the freedom to choose their own levels of responsibility within the business, Harpreet has taken full advantage of this space in which to develop and showcase her entrepreneurial talents, whilst receiving advice and guidance from the management team.  We find that this non-restrictive work environment is excellent for nurturing fresh thinking, which pays dividends in the less conventional emerging markets where Harpreet is concentrating her efforts."

Prior to joining Octavian, Harpreet, who is originally from Leicester, worked as part of the customer liaison team at NFU Mutual.
