Hanwha Techwin America’s new day/night dome

The SPD-2300 is Samsung Techwin new high specification dome. It incorporates SSNR – Samsung’s Super Noise Reduction technology which dramatically eliminates “noise” to ensure “ghost” and smear free images even when lighting conditions are poor. As a result the SPD-2300 can deliver high resolution colour images when illumination is just 0.7lux, superb monochrome images at 0.1lux and at an amazing 0.005lux with Sens-up.

The bonus offered by SSNR is that the amount of disc space required for recording is reduced by up to 70%.

520 TV lines in colour during the day
570 TV lines in monochrome at night.
True infra-red cut filter
23 x optical zoom and 10 x digital zoom provide a sharp hawk’s eye view of far away objects.
240°/sec pan speed, 360° continuous rotation.
128 preset positions, privacy masking, motion detection and multi protocols on RS-584 and RS-232C remote control are just a few of the advanced features built-in to this competitively priced but high performance dome.
