Samsung Techwin has launched the SID-45C dome camera, based upon the very popular and highly competitive SDC-415 camera. The SID-45C offers a high performance, high specification dome with a price advantage over rivals in the market.
As with nearly all new products from Samsung Techwin, the SID-45C offers SSNR technology, proven to remove random and fixed noise from video images. By removing sources of noise from the video signal before digital compression takes place, SSNR technology effectively reduces the compressed file size. SSNR technology saves hard disk space and provides cleaner noise free images. The Winner III DSP chip offers a Colour/mono function performing down to 0.002 lux and 520 TV lines providing excellent image quality in both day and night operations. The Sens-up, frame integration technology is also a feature in the SID-45C further enhancing image quality.
The SID-45C camera offers a wide range of additional functions associated with higher priced products including 4-zone privacy masking, intelligent motion detection and automatic white balance.
The newest addition to the SID range of dome cameras, the SID-45C, is housed in a smaller dome than previous SID cameras and has greater functionality that its predecessors. The addition of SSNR, which is Samsung’s greatest innovation, will make the selection of this product a highly desirable camera.
