The IDS esserbus® passive infrared motion detector is equipped with a patented covering detection. An automatic report and indication of covering attempts and technical faults is integrated. The alarm memory can be actuated via esserbus®. Four different detection areas can be selected for area optics through a moulded cover. Additional resistor monitored detector zones are possible for connecting contact switches.
