Accurate Outdoors: SightLogix visible and thermal surveillance cameras are designed to accurately detect targets in a wide range of outdoor environments, while long-range coverage greatly lowers overall project costs versus conventional camera systems. 

Edge-Based Video Analytics: SightLogix systems have multiple on-board processors at the "network edge" to eliminate scene variations from wind, lighting, precipitation, moving clouds, and vibrations, variations which would otherwise cause nuisance alarms. Only after adjusting for all of these outdoor variables does the video analysis take place, an important distinction to the Sightlogix approach.

Cost Effective : With their increased imaging processing, SightSensor cameras cover wider areas or greater distances, as much as three times more than conventional systems. This results in fewer cameras and a reduction in supporting infrastructure (poles, trenching, networking, power, etc.), lowering overall project costs significantly.

Pre-Emptive Awareness: The SightLogix architecture delivers the four essential building blocks required for successful pre-emption, from early detection to rapid response: Long-range early detection, immediate and reliable threat assessment, real-time GPS target tracking, and interoperability.

Geo-Registration: SightSensor cameras are geo-registered to the scene, so they can precisely determine target size across a large field of view and filter out small animals and blowing debris, reducing nuisance alarms while ensuring accurate detection of legitimate threats. 

SightLogix systems also use geo-registration to display the coordinates of detected targets onto a sitemap for situational awareness, and to automatically position PTZ cameras to zoom and follow targets with an associated SightTracker.

Withstand Outdoor Conditions: SightLogix cameras integrate the imager, optics, electronic stabilisation, image processing, video analytics software, camera control and geospatial target tracking within a NEMA 4X environmental housing, making them capable of effective operation in any geography or environment. SightLogix systems are deployed from the Canadian Arctic to the Middle-East dessert.

Interoperability: SightLogix systems are built on standard IT architectures and operate seamlessly with 3rd party display and recording (NVR) systems and C2 systems without middleware or integration.
