Company overview Tailgate detection and people counting solutions for enhanced access control and building management IEE provides people and object sensing solutions that enhance building safety and management. The company’s People Counter, Tailgate Detector TDflex and Volumetric Object Surveillor are implemented in commercial, public and government infrastructure such as airports, banks, military and police buildings, museums, office towers and malls. These solutions are based on the 3D MLI Sensor™ and use the "time-of-flight" principle for generating topographic images. The company offers complete "plug & play" solutions for access control, people counting and occupancy monitoring. IEE was founded in 1989 and has been a global leader in occupant detection and classification solutions for the automotive industry for the past decade.
