New additions bring advances to Siemens Sintony 60

The ease of installation, programming and maintenance of the Sintony 60 intruder detection system has been further improved with the announcement of the release of a new range of accessories and a new detector.

The IC60 additions include:

• New IR160W wireless motion detector
• Access card reader
• Interface cable
• Memory stick
• Output relay module
• New installer software DVD

The new motion detector features black triplex mirror technology and an 18 metre wide angle.  This high performance wireless PIR detector is based on the proven IR270 detector mirror and housing, complying fully with the latest European Standards.  It is visually attractive yet discreet, making it the ideal option for more demanding and sophisticated applications, and features a comprehensive protection concept which makes it insensitive to false alarms from environmental influences.

The 125kHz proximity card reader enables Sintony 60 to operate as a small access control system with up to seven readers and 100 users.  The interface cable and memory stick ensures rapid on-site programming with easy upload or download of special customer default settings while the relay module offers the capacity for four additional output relays to be connected to the control panel.
