Samsung Techwin - Highlight Compensation Demonstration
Highlight Compensation (HLC) is a feature contained within Samsung Techwin DSP chipsets. It detects bright highlights and masks them out in order to reveal detail which would otherwise be obscured by the flare effect from a stong light source, such as torch light or car headlights.
