Oncam Grandeye's IPZoom Solution Example

The Oncam Grandeye IPZoom 360° security camera records a 360° view of a scene using a hemispherical fish eye lens. Using advanced real-time video processing algorithms, it supplies the surveillance operator with the unprocessed panoramic view of the setting and processed dewarped video feeds. “Virtual cameras” allow the operator to pan, tilt and zoom on the scene without sacrificing the recording of any of the picture, demonstrated here in the case of a car thief and his accomplice.
