Victor Zhora is the Chief Digital Transformation Officer at the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine. Before, he worked as Head of Council (non-profit) at Non Government Organization "Ukrainian Information Security Group", CEO & Co-Founder of Infosafe IT LLC, Head of IT Security Department at JSC ATLAS. He completed his masters from National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
