Dr. William H. Roof, also known as Bill, Ph.D., has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc. since October 01, 2014 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since August 11, 2014. A retired Naval Intelligence Captain, NCIS Agent and Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran, he specialized in leading organizations through new complex hardware and software product development and deployment processes. He has led organizations through ISO 9000 certifications and FDA Medical Device approvals. Dr. Roof was responsible for establishing the strategic direction for all hardware and software technology associated with PatientSafe Solutions. He has significant experience in technology development and engineering process discipline.
