Donald J. Ostmann Sr., CPP is currently the DuPont Company’s North America Regional Security Director with over 28 years’ experience, and located at DuPont’s Corporate Headquarters in Wilmington, DE. Positions held include those in the areas of Operations & Legal - Security; Safety, Health and Environmental Affairs; Facilities Services & Real Estate; Capital Project Management; and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt for project implementation. Education includes a Master’s Degree, M.S. – Human Resources Management from Wilmington University, and a Bachelor’s Degree, B.S. – Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware. Mr. Ostmann is a Featured Speaker for ASIS International, the American Chemistry Council Responsible Care® Annual Conference, and an Adjunct Instructor for Delaware Technical and Community College.
