He has spent over twenty years in government working on cybersecurity and technology issues across the policy, intelligence, and diplomatic communities. Prior to CISA, Andrew served in the Biden-Harris Administration as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Cyber Policy on the NSC staff.
