IndigoVision, a leading provider of IP Video security solutions, has appointed Gavin Richardson to the new role of Group Sales Director, with full responsibility for the company's global sales operation.

Gavin brings to IndigoVision more than 20 years of sales and account management experience, with the last 12 years in senior sales management roles with companies such as QinetiQ and BT.  He has managed large global teams that have delivered exceptional sales growth, an attribute vital to IndigoVision's continuing expansion.

"With our exceptional year-on-year growth and rapid expansion of the sales team, it was important to appoint someone of Gavin's experience to manage the sales operation," Oliver Vellacott, IndigoVision's CEO, said.  "In order to build on our recent high-profile wins and maintain the company's growth we must continue to invest and support our worldwide sales channels.  Gavin will play a key part in achieving this goal."

Commenting on his appointment, Gavin said, "IndigoVision has world-leading technology, a significant list of prestigious reference customers and a partner network that is world class on delivery.  In a rapidly expanding market, IndigoVision's dominance is set to continue and grow."
