| CSL DualCom makes two new additions to the UK Sales Team to maintain its levels of customer service |
CSL DualCom continues as the choice of the industry for over 120,000 professional security installations and the GradeShift range remains the UK’s best selling dual signalling system. To maintain our first-class levels of customer service and support as our connected base continues to grow we are pleased to add two new additions to the UK Sales Team.
Gavin Wilson joins the team as Sales Executive for the North West bringing with him three years of industry experience. Gavin graduated from Sheffield University in 2008 and was formerly the Assistant Branch Manager for Risco Group taking responsibility for regional accounts. Gavin’s hard work and customer care ethic will make it an easy transition for him into CSL DualCom’s expanding sales team.
Tom Summerfield joins the Southern Team as Sales Executive for London and the Home Counties. Tom is our second find from a leading Graduate placement organisation. Since joining he has been on a meticulous training programme designed jointly by Sales Director Rob Evans and the Graduate organisation. Tom’s fresh approach supported by the more experienced members of the team should be breath of fresh air to our Installers.
Sales Director Rob Evans commented, ‘ There are some quality graduates looking for employment at the moment and their ability to learn and retain in-depth knowledge quickly and accurately makes them ideal candidates for this industry. In a similar vein to that of the 100 in 100 apprenticeship drive, we need to start recruiting and educating Sales professionals as well as Engineers of the future.’
