Elop will integrate advanced systems for enhanced effectiveness of the weapon systems installed onboard the AFV
ELOP Ltd. was awarded an $80 million contract

Elbit Systems announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Elbit Systems Electro-optics Elop Ltd. Elop was awarded an approximately $80 million contract to upgrade Armored Fighting Vehicles (AFV) of an Asian customer (the "Program"). The Program will be performed over a two-year period.  

Under the Program, Elop will integrate advanced systems for enhanced effectiveness (including for night operations) of the weapon systems installed onboard the AFV.

Adi Dar, General Manager of Elop, commented: “We are very proud of this award, further attesting to our unique capabilities in AFV upgrades and our recognition as world leaders, based on our past performance in this field".
