Yves Messier, Vice President - Video Surveillance Applications, ImmerVision Inc.ImmerVision, the leader in panoramic imaging technology, has announced the appointment of Mr. Yves Messier as Vice President - Video Surveillance Applications.  As a seasoned security industry professional, Messier has more than 18 years of international management and sales experience, in the marketing and development of video surveillance and access control products.  In his new position at ImmerVision, Messier will be responsible for directing sales, marketing and project management for the Video Surveillance Applications (VSA) Business Unit internationally.

The VSA Business Unit's mission is to promote the adoption of ImmerVision's IMV1-1/3 Panomorph lens into video surveillance and monitoring applications. The IMV1-1/3 Panomorph lens simply attaches to an existing standard analogue or IP camera giving it 360-degree viewing capability, without blind spots and with greater visual detail than other panoramic lenses such as mirror and fisheye.
