The CaseBuilder Incident Reporting and Management System is an evidence and risk management tool designed to replace paper systems.  This software system allows the user to work in real-time thus enabling a more efficient tracking of incidents and events as they occur.  The software can be used alone or as a module of the Latitude Network Video Management System (NVMS)TM 3.5.  The tracking of incidents and events using the CaseBuilder features video, still images, text and any type of digital data. Reports can be created from within the Latitude NVMS monitor or from a web browser and can easily be restricted by both user and computer. The CaseBuilder Incident Reporting and Management System’s critical information is protected from server/storage malfunctions and erasure due to human error.  The completed reports are stored outside of the Latitude NVMS database along with any video clips, still images, audio, text and other data, so that they can’t be overwritten by the Latitude Media Server Archiver.
