It requires that all controllers in the Location have a 1040 processor and firmware version 3129 or higher. Threat Level Management can go a bit further reconfiguring the system by Securing Ou tputs (locking doors), restricting Device (reader) access, altering Access Levels, arming Input points, enabling Image Recall and more.
