HID Global, a worldwide leader in secure identity solutions recently announced that Andrew Lintell has been appointed as director of sales, Identity Assurance, EMEA for HID Global. Reporting to Harm Radstaak, managing director, EMEA, Lintell is responsible for the strategic development and regional expansion of the company’s identity assurance business.

With more than 15 years of experience in the IT security industry, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role at HID Global. He will be instrumental in further driving the EMEA Identity Assurance growth strategy. “We are delighted to welcome Andrew to HID Global. Andrew’s vast relevant experience, leadership capabilities and success in this specialist area make him the ideal choice to further strengthen our Identity Assurance market presence in EMEA,” said Harm Radstaak, managing director, EMEA with HID Global.

Prior to joining HID Global, Lintell has managed the security business units of Microsoft, Computer Associates and McAfee as well as co-founding Crisp Thinking, an innovator in content and social management. He comes to HID Global from his most recent successful position as vice president, channel sales Europe at Kaspersky Lab.
