Brivo Systems announced the appointment of John Szczygiel as Executive Vice President

Brivo Systems LLC, the leader in Web applications for access control and security systems, today announced the appointment of John Szczygiel as Executive Vice President, Business Development. Szczygiel will lead Brivo's North American Sales Team and will spearhead strategic business initiatives within Brivo and across The Duchossois Group of companies, Brivo's parent company

Szczygiel's 25-year career in the security industry has included executive positions with global manufacturing and systems integration companies. Most recently, Szczygiel served as President of MATE Intelligent Video, a global leader in video analytics for automated surveillance and data-mining. Previously, Szczygiel served as President of the Security Systems Division of Siemens Building Technologies and as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Security Technologies Group.
