artec technologies MULTIEYE Software Version 2.0.2.5 released

artec technology uses the MULTIEYE software platform for all its digital video security products. Now the German company released the software version 2.0.2.5.
The new software features:
- Support for, amongst others, MPEG-4 Video capture cards.
- Recording rates of analogue video sources with up to 800 ips/sec.
- 4CIF resolution (720x576) on one recorder.
The software also offers the possibility of recording "direct streams" of IP-cameras, encoders and MPEG-4 capture cards.
With this technology it is possible to process and record images i.e. of megapixel cameras with up to 800 Megapixel/sec. on one recorder. A further advantage is that images of all RTSP compatible networkcameras (i.e. Axis, Pixord) can be recorded and displayed directly. MULTIEYE 2.0.2.5
Additional features:
- Dynamic adjustment of live displayed images in Multiscreen, Live-Viewer and Videocentre II saving resources.
- Extended motionsearch functionalities.
- The web interface offers the possibility of switching IO-contacts.
- Status-Mails are sent in ZIP-format, saving space.
- In the DATALOG module the new version allows easier configuration of signal words.
- Videocentre II now offers a new dynamic display of alarm images, so called hotspots, external alarm triggering as well as an enhanced user management.
