Rob Mossman

CEO, ISONAS, Inc.

Rob is a successful entrepreneur and experienced leader of fast moving organisations. His career has migrated over 20 years between pre-revenue startups, rapidly growing young companies, and divisions of corporations. In each situation Rob led teams able to find success in the chaos of growth and change. Most recently Rob was Senior Vice President of Sales and Corporate Director of Pearl Izumi, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shimano, Inc. During Rob’s six-year tenure at the company he led sales growth from $52m to $97m annually, and actively sold the company to two different owners. In 2004, Rob founded Market Link USA and developed a proprietary line of flat panel TV wall mounts. The products were patented and designed domestically; sourced and manufactured in Asia. The company realized sales of $2.0m in 2005 and $16m in 2006 resulting in the sale of the company to the primary manufacturer. Rob has a visceral understanding of the importance of great product, protected differentiation, and the fundamentals of a great business…especially a strong revenue stream and passionate people.
