ESTYA acquires SIMIE to expand fire safety services

ESTYA, a French electronic fire safety and security systems services provider, backed by Charterhouse Capital Partners and Chequers Capital, and led by Ludovic Goëta, announces the acquisition of SIMIE Group, a player in the French fire protection services sector.
