G4Tec have been awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise acknowledging their sustained performance in International TradeG4Tec (Group 4 Technology), a world leader within the integrated security sector, are delighted to announce that they have been awarded the Queen's Award for Enterprise acknowledging their sustained performance in International Trade.

Over the last three years, export sales have increased by 50%, now representing over 55% of the total company turnover which has resulted in an ongoing expansion across all areas of the company.  This is the second time G4Tec have been rewarded for their phenomenal export growth, having initially received the Queen's Award for International Trade in 2001.

Speaking from the World Headquarters in Tewkesbury, Keith Whitelock, Chairman and CEO of G4Tec, said, "We are very proud to win the Queen's Award again.  Despite tough market conditions, the contribution and commitment by the employees across all the business areas have ensured we have been able to grow within a highly competitive global market."

"Sales growth has been bolstered by the adoption of the Symmetry™ Security Management System (SMS), supplying the core areas of security - access control, intrusion and video - across country borders, providing a fully integrated building security solution," Whitelock continued.

This is not the first accolade for G4Tec this year as the news quickly follows attaining the ISO 14001 Standard for Environmental Management Systems (EMS) from the British Standards Institute (BSI), the first company to attain this award in the security sector.
