Dedicated Micros - part of AD Group - has appointed Carol Cope as Partnership Manager to head-up the company's DM Fusion programme, which has been created to deliver enhanced support for key security installers across the UK.

Carol brings more than 20 years of business experience in sales and marketing to her new role.  She has worked previously for a market-leading engineering company and, most recently, for the blue-chip consumer electronics company Sharp.

Already Carol has been instrumental in laying the foundations for the implementation of the DM Fusion programme - officially launched last month (May) - and as Partnership Manager will be pivotal in the ongoing development and day-to-day management of this important initiative.

"I am extremely pleased to take-up this position with Dedicated Micros which was created specifically to tie-in with DM Fusion.  The initial reaction to the programme has been extremely positive with many installers signing-up on-stand at the recent IFSEC exhibition and others applying through the dedicated DM Fusion website.  I believe that there are now huge opportunities, moving forward, for DM and installers to develop mutually beneficial relationships," said Carol

Paul Calnan, Regional Director, Dedicated Micros (EMEA) commented, "We are delighted to have Carol in this key role.  She has extensive experience in customer relationship management and has helped to bring to market successful programmes in other sectors, her expertise which will prove invaluable in ensuring the long-term success of DM Fusion."
